Providers are not independent contractors so you will not receive a 1099 from Help Therapy. Providers should get 1099’s from the insurance companies, not Help Therapy. Providers do not need to 1099 Help Therapy because it is a corporation. Upon request, Help Therapy can send a report of provider payments made to Help Therapy during the year.
