*You will need your application tracking number which you should have received via email from Medicare after submission of your application.
To Look up Application Status on PECOS:
Step 1: Login with your username and password to the PECOS web portal: Link to PECOS portal
Step 2: On the right hand side of the screen you will see a section that says: "Application Status Kiosk"
Step 3: Search for Individual Provider
Step 4: Enter your information
Step 5: You will see where you are in the status of your Medicare application
