Setting Up Your CAQH Profile
CAQH DataSpring (formerly CAQH ProView) is a service clinicians use to maintain professional information and supporting documents for participating credentialing organizations. A complete, accurate profile can help avoid enrollment delays.
Get started at the official CAQH provider site: https://www.caqh.org/solutions/dataspring
Have your individual NPI, current licenses, education and training history, practice locations, work history, malpractice insurance details, and applicable supporting documents ready. Create or access your account, complete all required sections, upload requested documents, review your entries, and attest to their accuracy. Review your organization authorization settings so the plans and credentialing organizations you work with can access your profile.
Enter only information that applies to your license and practice. Keep your individual provider information separate from Help Therapy’s organizational NPI and contracting details. Do not assume one payer authorization, including Blue Shield, enrolls you in every network or the VA Community Care Network; follow the specific credentialing instructions Help Therapy provides for each arrangement.
