Answer: Help Therapy prides itself on helping to choose the best provider for an incoming patient. In order to get this done in a timely manner, we ask that you respond to all referral requests within 24 hours. After this 24 hour window, the referral may be given to another provider.
NOTE: Referrals will be sent to you through Hushmail. To accept or reject a referral, simply respond to the Hushmail email sent to you with "yes" or "no". You can respond to your VA referral requests directly through IntakeQ.
